how can I place an order when there is no order code?

Although we customized our orders, we do have basic arrangement for popular order such as 1 dozen (12 stalks) of roses hand bouquet, fruit baskets, business opening flowers, and sympathy flowers. Unless you specified the type of arrangement that you want, the flowers will be arranged accordingly to achieve the best look. We strongly encourage you to visit our blog site and take a look at our portfolio to get a feel of our work. If you like what you've seen on our site, we are the right florist for you. As we don't work with a catalogue, thus we are very flexible with the flower used in an arrangement or the type of arrangement you are looking for.

how can I be sure of the type of arrangement I would get with my order?

If you have a specific arrangement in mind, let us know and we will try to accommodate your request. If we cannot, we will discuss with you on the alternative. We strongly encourage you to take a look at our work as your liking to the flower arrangement really depends on your personal preference. It also depends on the style of recipient of the flowers. what are the payment methods available?

We accept cash, cheque (only for long-term personal client and corporate client) and credit card payment.

what if I am not able to drop by the shop to pay for the order, can I bank in the payment?

As long as you are able to show the proof of payment, either by fax or email, we do accept direct payment via our RHB bank account. Alternately, we can also send you an email with the link for you to make online payment for your order.

is there a minimum order for delivery?

Yes, the minimum order is RM80 and above.
